We currently ship within the United States.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a confirmation email after your order is placed and a shipping notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Delivery

We offer Standard shipping for $8 (3–5 business days) and Express shipping for $15 (1–2 business days). Standard shipping is free on orders of $150 or more. Delivery times begin after order processing and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, weekends, or holidays.

Shipping Address

Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible through our Contact page. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or shipped.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Orders

Please inspect your order after delivery. If an item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs so we can review the issue and make it right.

If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbors, and the shipping carrier, then contact us for assistance.

Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an item arrived damaged or incorrect. Please review our Return and Refund Policy before sending any item back.
